The Shadowbrook Condominiums are ideally located directly on Fanny Hill within walking distance to the Snowmass Mall and Base Village where shops, restaurants, and the Tree House are located.  

All of our beautiful condominiums are individually owned and has their own ambiance and style.  We rent our condos specifically to match your vacation requests rather it be bedding needs or décor preferences and are priced accordingly.  Daily maid service is provided in the winter and can be arranged in the summer at an additional fee.  Our courtyard is between our two buildings with a beautiful pool with an adjacent hot tub.  An additional grotto hot tub snuggled in the ground for the adults.

Room/Units:  17 spacious, well equipped two bedroom with a sleeper den and 3 full bathrooms along with assorted 4 bedrooms and a beautiful 5 bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms.  All have balconies or terraces, gas BBQ grills, fireplaces, in-room safes, internet access, cable TV with DVD players and humidifiers.

Pokolodi is believed to mean "The small lodge of welcome and happy dreams." The Pokolodi Lodge is one of Snowmass Village’s most popular and affordable lodges! Located 80 yards from the ski slope and adjacent to the Snowmass Village Mall. Each room is equipped with flat panel lcd televisions, refrigerators, coffee makers and hair driers. Excellent guest service and comfortable accommodations are hallmarks of the Pokolodi Lodge. Enjoy yourself in our heated outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. The Laurelwood Suites are the perfect place to launch your ski vacation, seek a seasonal adventure, or relax between meetings. This beautiful ski – in ski out property is located in the heart of Snowmass Village; you can enjoy fine dining, shopping and entertainment within walking distance of your front door.
The Laurelwood offers spacious recently updated condominium suites. Each individually owned and decorated suite has a private balcony or patio, wood burning fireplace and a full kitchen. The suites feature a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa with other amenities that include; daily housekeeping service, laundry facilities, convenient parking and free wireless internet. At the end of the day relax in our spectacular two tier stone hot tubs. We successfully blend hotel services with condominium comforts.

Located off of Faraway Road, with access to Assay Hill, the Elk Camp Gondola and Base Village in Snowmass Village.  The Ridge condos are 1 – 4 bedroom, deluxe to luxury units, and privately owned and uniquely decorated. Shuttle bus access to Base Village and the Mall or a short walk to catch the bus to Aspen.

The Ridge Condos have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool and fitness room, and covered parking. Easy access to shopping, dining, activities, and events. Amazing views of Mount Daly and the Snowmass ski area.
