The Shadowbrook Condominiums are ideally located directly on Fanny Hill within walking distance to the Snowmass Mall and Base Village where shops, restaurants, and the Tree House are located.
All of our beautiful condominiums are individually owned and has their own ambiance and style. We rent our condos specifically to match your vacation requests rather it be bedding needs or décor preferences and are priced accordingly. Daily maid service is provided in the winter and can be arranged in the summer at an additional fee. Our courtyard is between our two buildings with a beautiful pool with an adjacent hot tub. An additional grotto hot tub snuggled in the ground for the adults.
The Shadowbrook Condominiums are family managed, and our friendly staff help create a simple and carefree experience. No wonder our guests return year after year.
Room/Units: 17 spacious, well equipped two bedroom with a sleeper den and 3 full bathrooms along with assorted 4 bedrooms and a beautiful 5 bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms. All have balconies or terraces, gas BBQ grills, fireplaces, in-room safes, internet access, cable TV with DVD players and humidifiers.

The 18-hole, par-72 Snowmass Club Golf Course boasts a 7,008-yard semi-private course designed by Jim Engh. Voted‚ "Best New Course‚" by Colorado Golf Magazine; amenities include a learning center, practice area, golf clubhouse, and the Black Saddle Bar & Grille.
The fairways are sculpted, the greens are challenging, and the bunkers are downright frightening. This course isn't one you'll soon master – or forget. With five sets of tees, novices and pros alike are guaranteed an adventure.
