The Wild West Show in Snowmass Village

It’s going to get “wild” around here this summer.  The Wild West Show hits Snowmass Village July 5-7.  Starting on Thursday, July 5, a Pioneer Village will be featured on the Snowmass Mall from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  Booths will include Indian jewelry, butter making, candle making, broom making and cider making along with storytelling.  On Friday, July 6, from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Pioneer Village will move adjacent to the Snowmass Rodeo Arena with the addition of the Mountain Men Competition, Cowboy Hat Maker and Blacksmith. Then at 4:30 p.m., the Wild West Show begins in the Snowmass Rodeo Arena followed by the Snowmass Rodeo at 6:00 p.m.  Pioneer Village hours on Saturday July 7, are 4:00-6:00 p.m., followed by the Wild West Show at 6:30 p.m. The Pioneer Village is free and open to the public. 

 

Tickets for the Wild West Show will be available for purchase at the Pioneer Village on Thursday, July 5 on the Snowmass Mall and by the rodeo grounds or at the door, for Friday, July 6 and Saturday, July 7.   For more information call 970-925-3721.
