Join a naturalist from ACES for a beautiful snowshoe and fascinating views of Snowmass ski area. Weave in and out of spruce-fir forest along a babbling brook and learn about the animals that inhabit the Rocky Mountains in winter. Cost includes lift ride, snack and warm drink, snowshoes, knowledgeable guide, and basic instruction. Purchase tickets at any lift ticket office. No reservations necessary. BEGINNER'S MAGIC - Skiing or Snowboarding, Levels 1-4 Specifically designed to meet the needs of first-time to advanced-beginner skiers and snowboarders, Beginner's Magic utilizes a teaching method that promotes peak performance, confidence and mountain awareness. Our fully trained Magic pros will familiarize you with the use and feel of the specialized beginner equipment and how it works with the snow surface. As you progress, you will learn how to use the chairlift and will access more and more of the mountain. Your progress will astonish you‚ and it's guaranteed. Unlimited extensions are encouraged. The Beginner's Magic package includes instruction, lift ticket and specialized equipment rental. Lessons begin at 10 a.m. every day at Snowmass and Buttermilk.

The Snowmass Club - Golf & Tennis
The 18-hole, par-72 Snowmass Club Golf Course boasts a 7,008-yard semi-private course designed by Jim Engh. Voted‚ "Best New Course‚" by Colorado Golf Magazine; amenities include a learning center, practice area, golf clubhouse, and the Black Saddle Bar & Grille.
